You can go places with FAST! Fayetteville Area System of Transit provides safe, efficient, reliable transportation, whether you are going to work, school, doctor’s appointments or are just shopping for the day.
Passengers who have challenges riding the FAST fixed route bus system may be eligible through the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to benefit from FASTTRAC! services. This origin to destination service is focused on safety, reliability and service.

Monday through Friday, the bus runs 6:00 am to 7:00 pm with a delay from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. The bus does not run a weekend route.
Each bus stop is approximately 3-4 minutes apart on the schedule and all of the bus stop locations are indicated with a Spring Lake Transit bus stop sign.
The Veterans Transportation Service (VTS) is designed to ensure that all qualifying Veterans have access to care through convenient, safe, and reliable transportation. VTS provides qualifying Veterans with free transportation services to and/or from participating VA medical centers (VAMCs) in a multi-passenger van. This service ensures that all qualifying Veterans who do not have access to transportation options of their own, due to financial, medical, or other reasons, are able to travel to VA medical facilities or authorized non-VA appointments to receive the care they have earned.
HARTS is a Community Transportation program that serves both human service consumers as well as the general public. Operating hours are between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Services are provided through Subscription routes, Dial-A-Ride and Demand-Response service trips.
As a paratransit service and a ridesharing public transportation system, HARTS enables routes and schedules to be structured to transport multiple passengers to various destinations. Service is provided curb-to-curb. Services provided are medical, personal, human service, employment, and education.
The goal of HARTS is to provide the citizens of Harnett County transportation services that are efficient, safe, and effective. HARTS wants to make transportation work for all of our citizens; therefore we welcome suggestions as to ways to improve our service.

Hoke Area Transit Service (H.A.T.S.) is a county-operated public transportation system designed and operated to provide curb to curb transportation to that portion of the population for which transportation or mobility is a problem. Our fleet is comprised of many vehicles, from standard minivans to 28′ busses and most are equipped with wheelchair lifts. We regularly transport passengers to and from doctor’s offices, dialysis, pharmacies, work, school, senior citizen nutrition sites, daycares, grocery stores, department stores and much more by appointment only. Any resident of Hoke County is welcome to ride! All passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Moore County Transportation Services provides transportation services on an advanced reservation basis.
Services for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, limited general public individuals and human service agencies are provided on a county-wide basis.
Limited out-of-county services are provided for specialized care (for example: a trip to a specialized medical provider in the Triangle region).

(MCCOG) is the state-designated lead regional organization for Cumberland, Harnett, and Sampson Counties. Mid-Carolina is one of the seventeen North Carolina Regional Councils formed to provide a wide variety of programs and services to their local governments and citizens. The MCCOG provides technical assistance services to its member governments including land use planning, zoning administration, subdivision and zoning ordinances, water and sewer studies, annexation reviews, and community development workshops on timely issues.
